This Toowoomba project was build on a small 1500m2 site and on fairly steep land. The design included terraced golf holes into the hillside and clever use of sleeper retaining walls and rockwork.

With a smaller size golf hole to deal with we experimented with a couple more “novelty” type holes which were a definite success.

This course has been attracting over 40,000 rounds per year at an average spend of about $10. You do the math.
